Diagnostic assessment fee

The diagnostic assessment fee is charged for assessment design, review, and parent discussion. Where communicated in writing, it may be adjusted against enrolment as per the active policy at booking time.

Tutoring fees

Mentorship fees are planned around reserved academic time and are generally non-refundable once the service cycle begins.

Rescheduling and exceptions

Any exception requests are reviewed case-by-case for genuine academic or medical reasons.
